Mid Lancs Sub Aqua

Mid Lancs Sub Aqua Club is a branch (a club under the control of) the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC), the most prestigious recreational diver training organisation in the world.

As such, Mid Lancs Sub Aqua Club is a branch of a 'Members Club' - totally non-commercial but not at all amateurish. Mid Lancs Sub Aqua Club was formed in 2005 and trains new divers, as well as accepting existing divers from both BSAC and other training organisations, we also organise interesting and adventurous diving expeditions both within the UK and overseas.

Since its inception in 2005, Mid Lancs Sub Aqua Club has continued to grow and flourish. From the beginning, Mid Lancs Sub Aqua Club has made provision to accept members from the age of 12 in accordance with BSAC guidelines, and is also proud to have a number of junior members within the club. 

There's never a shortage of dive buddies within the club, as virtually every weekend and even on occasions during mid week club members are going diving.

Mid Lancs Sub Aqua Club also boasts 5 nationally qualified instructors (collectively with in excess of 35 years of instructional experience), and one of which was voted BSAC Advanced Instructor of the year.

Based centrally in the North West region, Mid Lancs Sub Aqua club provides opportunities for SCUBA diving around the Wigan , Chorley , Standish, and Horwich areas. We even have members who travel down from Lancaster

Friendships are formed and member's families are welcome to the activities of Mid Lancs Sub Aqua Club, which don't stop at diving. We regularly arrange social events such as meals out, barbecues, camping, white water rafting to name but a few.
